46works’ first solo exhibition ‘Full Throttle or Not’ by custom builder Shiro Nakajima, who specialises in customising BMW Motorrad and other Euro motorcycles, was held at the art gallery CAPSULE in Ikejiri, Setagaya, Tokyo, from 4 to 12 February 2023. Four BMW custom motorcycles and one Moto Guzzi were exhibited.
As this was the first time that five custom bikes by 46Works had been assembled at one time, the venue was crowded with people every day. Nakajima himself was present during the exhibition, giving visitors the chance to ask him directly about the bikes and parts, and original T-shirts and posters were also on sale.
