Maserati celebrates a new milestone as production of the GranTurismo and GranCabrio returns to its historic headquarters in Modena. Under the concept “Maserati Meccanica Lirica,” the brand unites the city’s rich operatic culture with its unparalleled engineering heritage, elevating sound, design, and craftsmanship into a refined artistic language.
Meccanica Lirica: Where Mechanics Become Melody
From November 5 to 9, 2025, Modena hosted an extensive program of celebrations. At the Teatro Comunale Modena Pavarotti–Freni, Maserati unveiled the GranTurismo Meccanica Lirica One-Off and GranCabrio Meccanica Lirica One-Off.
The event blended opera, sound design, and automotive artistry, featuring collaborations with Sonus faber and performances inspired by Puccini’s Turandot, culminating in the dramatic reveal of the new One-Off models.
One-Off Models: Inspired by the Spirit of Modena’s Opera House
The two One-Off editions stand as masterpieces crafted in the Officine Fuoriserie atelier.

A deep, multilayer red inspired by theater velvet—rich, dramatic, and dynamic under varying light. - GranCabrio in Oro Lirico
A champagne gold infused with subtle red reflections, evoking timeless operatic elegance.
Both models feature the newly developed Meccanica Lirica exhaust, tuned for a more expressive and sophisticated timbre, and interiors combining bespoke burgundy leather, Nude Alcantara, and red-tinted poplar wood inspired by Italian luthiery.
Meccanica Lirica Pack: Special Features for the Full Range
The Meccanica Lirica Pack brings the One-Off aesthetic to the entire GranTurismo and GranCabrio lineup, offering exclusive wheels, matte White Gold badges, special exhaust tips, and refined leather-Alcantara interiors.
A dedicated exterior palette—Rosso Velluto and Oro Lirico—is also available.
