On October 29, 2025, Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. unveiled the all-new Elgrand, scheduled for launch in the summer of 2026, at the Japan Mobility Show 2025.
Since its debut in 1997, the Elgrand has redefined Japan’s premium minivan market with its spacious interior, refined luxury, and exceptional performance. The fourth-generation model inherits this legacy while introducing significant advancements in electrification and design.

The new Elgrand embodies the design concept “The private MAGLEV”, inspired by the quiet power and smooth elegance of a maglev train. Its commanding stance and dynamic presence express both modernity and dignity.
The front grille takes inspiration from traditional Japanese kumiko craftsmanship, while the body’s surface composition reflects the harmony of “ma” (space) and “sei” (precision) found in Japanese gardens.
