The Murciélago LP 640 Versace is a limited edition vehicle created in collaboration between two leading Italian brands, Versace and Lamborghini, and was presented at the Paris Salon in October 2006. It was available in two colour schemes – white Bianco Isis and black Nero Aldebaran – and a total of 20 cars were produced in limited numbers. In 2008, the coupe was replaced by a roadster version, also in a limited production of 20 units.
This limited edition vehicle has been specially designed by Lamborghini and Versace designers with a luxurious interior and detailing. The lower dashboard, centre console, door panels, roof lining and seats are all trimmed in Versace’s iconic Grecian motif in Nero and Bianco full grain Nappa leather.
In addition, the Versace Edition LP640 was fitted with black painted Helmera wheels, transparent glass engine covers, Lamborghini’s optional E-Gear paddle-shift gearbox, a choice of Nero Alderbalan or Bianco Isis paintwork and the same Versace motif on the doors as the interior trim.
The special car also comes with five specially designed black leather bags and a pair of Versace driving gloves, each bag marked with the car’s serial number. Other special accessories, such as a scarf with the Versace brand logo and driving shoes, were also offered as a perfect complement to the car’s stunning interior.
